First Day of Preschool

This is Teagan with his backpack yesterday, all ready for his first day of preschool. He did great, as I knew he would. Neither of us shed any tears...although, Brody was a bit disturbed that we were leaving Teagan...today as well. And I felt a sad twinge today when I just dropped him off outside and he turned and said, "See ya after school, mom." He didn't need me at all. That's a good thing, right? Do I need to worry about him?

I think the first kid to start is exciting enough that you make it through the day ... a few tears, a lot of excitement and lots of stories to tell when he/she comes home. However, I don't know how to even imagine that when it is the baby! If I was a bit of a puddle with the first few - I'll be the Pacific Ocean with my baby!
