I can't believe our little baby is 4 years old. He is getting so grown up. All Teagan really wanted for his birthday was squirt guns. So, Daddy delivered.
I guess he also wanted a Spiderman cake. Holy expensive though!!! The actual frosting looks easy enough, but how was I supposed to do the sprayed on color stuff. Oh well, he really liked it and it came with the little spiderman guy too.
Teagan saved up half of the money needed to buy his new big boy bike...and he loves it!!! He had no trouble transitioning from his tricycle to his two wheeler....although, he will probably need the training wheels for some time. But he doesn't even pay attention to them being there.

With new bikes and learning limits, comes crashes. Teagan cried a bit after his first crash, but was excited to actually see the blood. He wanted to share his road rash. He's been very proud of it...showing all his friends, etc.
Strong and spirited. You're no one's girly girl; actually you are very determined person with a strong sense of self. Never let go of that! The only thing that equals your sense of self is your family, but the traditions of society can always be bent to protect something or someone you love.
Brody has found the pots/pan cupboard and loves to create music all through the house. Our boys have always been welcome to play the pot lids at their Grandma's, but I'm always worried that we're going to bug our neighbors...since we live in an apartment. 
Who knew a park full of a bunch of birds would be so much fun. Teagan, Brody, Aunt Kati, and I visited the Tracy Aviary in Salt Lake a couple weeks ago, before Aunt Kati went home for the summer. The boys loved it and it was a beautiful day to take to boys out. Although...I'm not sure if it was just me hot and pregnant...but all the bird ponds were especially tempting to me. Not that I would want to really swim in all the yucky stuff, but they sure looked cool and refreshing to me. It was a fun day and Teagan and Brody absolutely love their Aunt Kati!!!
We went to the Hill Air Force Base museum a couple weeks ago and the boys...especially John and Teagan, loved it! It is a free museum with tons of planes , jets, and helicopters to see. I don't think that will be our last visit. They also have a flight simulator, but we arrived too late to give it a try. I'll have to shoot John out of the sky next time.
